Shipping & Returns

At Dekbed-Delivery we strive for a smooth shipping and returns experience. Read below what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Dispatch

We ship all our orders via PostNL or DHL with a Track & Trace code. The shipping costs are:

  • Netherlands: €7.25
  • Belgium: €13.00

For mattresses and box springs, different shipping costs may apply. These are stated in the product description.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is an advance order of a new item. In some cases, the delivery time can be several weeks to months.

  • The order will only be shipped once we have received the pre-order item.
  • This also applies to orders with multiple products: the complete order will only be shipped when all products are in stock.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. Please check the product description for expected delivery time.

Delivery

The delivery time is 1 to 5 working days , with the exception of mattresses and box springs (see product description).

Are you not at home? Then the package will be delivered to your neighbours or a collection point. Collect the package as soon as possible. Orders that are not collected will be returned. In case of resending, shipping costs of €7.25 will be charged again. If the package is not collected and returned, the shipping costs will not be credited.

Swap

Unfortunately, exchanging is not possible.

Returns

  • You can return a product within 14 days of receipt. The return costs are for your own account. After reporting the return, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Important return conditions:

  • Did you receive a free product during a promotion? Then return the entire order, including the free product.
  • Free products that are not fully returned will still be charged.
  • We do not collect returns from collection points.

How do you report a return?

  1. Send an email to info@dekbed-delivery.nl with:
    • Your order number
    • Your name
    • The products you are returning
  2. Please wait for approval of your return notification.
  3. Complete the return form and pack your return shipment.
  4. Drop off the package at a post office.
  5. The amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return.

When will a return not be (fully) accepted?

We will not credit or will only credit partially if the product:

  • Returns will be made later than 14 days after registration.
  • Removed from packaging, used, washed, damaged or incomplete.
  • Will not be returned in its original condition.

Duvet covers and fitted sheets must not be removed from the packaging. The top of the packaging can be opened to feel the material.

Unacceptable returns will be:

  • Processed with a retention of 50% of the purchase amount or
  • Not processed and not refunded.
  • You can choose to have the product shipped again (shipping costs will then be at your expense again).

Refund

  • Once we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the amount as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the return .
  • For returns where products are damaged through use, a deduction will be applied to the refund.
  • Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product was already damaged upon receipt.

Received the wrong or damaged product?

Our apologies! Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@dekbed-delivery.nl with:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The ordered and received product
  • Photo + description of the defect

You will then receive a return label to return the product free of charge. After receiving the return, we will send the correct product.

Please note: Reports after 48 hours will not be processed.

Parcel at a collection point

If you are not home, your package will be delivered to your neighbors or a collection point. Pick it up on time! Packages that are not picked up will be returned.

  • Do you want to have the package sent again? This costs €7.25.
  • If you no longer wish to receive it, the purchase amount minus €7.25 return costs will be credited.
