Warranty

At Dekbed-Delivery we apply the legal guarantee on all our products. This means that a product must meet what you as a consumer can reasonably expect. Any additional guarantees from our side do not affect this.

Warranty conditions

  • Products are packaged as transparently as possible, so that you can assess them without completely opening the packaging.
  • The top of the packaging may be opened to feel the material, but the product must remain in the original packaging.
  • Washing instructions must be followed. If a product is not washed according to the instructions, the warranty will be void.
  • When are you entitled to a warranty?

As a seller, we are responsible for delivering a good product. If a product has a manufacturing defect or we have made a mistake, we offer a refund or replacement.

Warranty expires in the event of:

  • Incorrect use of the product.
  • Customer ordering an incorrect product.

In such cases we may charge a fee.

How do you file a warranty claim?

Always contact our customer service first before returning a product. This prevents unnecessary delays and costs.

Assessment and processing

Returns will be assessed and processed as quickly as possible, at the latest within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.

Please note: You are liable for any diminished value of a product resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
