Warranty

At Dekbed-Delivery, we apply the statutory warranty to all our products. This means that a product must meet your reasonable expectations as a consumer. Any additional warranties we offer do not affect this.

Warranty terms and conditions

  • Products are packaged as transparently as possible so that you can assess them without completely opening the packaging.
  • The top of the packaging may be opened to feel the material, but the product must remain in the original packaging.
  • Washing instructions must be followed. If a product is not washed according to the instructions, the warranty will be void.
  • When are you entitled to a warranty?

As the seller, we are responsible for delivering a good product. If a product has a manufacturing defect or if we have made a mistake, we will offer a refund or replacement.

Warranty expires in case of:

  • Incorrect use of the product.
  • Customer ordering an incorrect product.

In such cases we may request compensation.

How do you file a warranty claim?

Always contact our customer service first before returning a product. This prevents unnecessary delays and costs.

Assessment and processing

Returns will be assessed and processed as quickly as possible, at the latest within 14 days after receipt in our warehouse.

NB: You are liable for any diminished value of a product resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
