Frequently Asked Questions at Duvet-Delivery
Will I receive the same product as shown in the photo?
We use the highest quality photos to show every detail of the product as accurately as possible. However, please note that there may be slight differences depending on the materials used. We do our best to display the colours as accurately as possible, but the actual colour may differ slightly from the photo. Photos are therefore indicative and may differ from the actual product.
How can I track my package?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please also check your spam box, as the email can sometimes end up there.
Can I cancel my purchase?
A purchase can only be cancelled if the order has not yet left our warehouse. Please contact our customer service directly to see if cancellation is possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee that a cancellation is possible, as we process orders quickly.
I have not received an order confirmation.
Did you not receive an order confirmation? This may be due to an incorrectly filled in email address. Contact us via info @dekbed -delivery .nl , then we will check whether your order has been registered with us and correct your email address. It is also possible that your order has not been received correctly, in which case we advise you to contact us first to prevent duplicate orders.
Can I make changes to my order after purchase?
Did you make a mistake in your order? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to ask if the order can still be adjusted. However, we cannot guarantee that we can change your order, as this depends on the situation.
How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time is 1 to 5 business days. We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
How do you ship the packages?
We ship products in recycled shipping materials, such as a shipping bag or a box (for larger orders).
How do I know if my package has arrived?
The first delivery attempt will be made at your home. If you are not at home, you will receive a notification from the transport company in your mailbox or by e-mail with further information. You can also follow this via the tracking link that you received by e-mail.
I forgot to enter my discount code.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a discount code afterwards or to offset it with an already placed order. You can use the discount code with a next order.
My discount code is not working.
Check the spelling of the discount code and see if there is a validity period. If the code still does not work, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you!
What are your opening hours?
Our webshop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
