We use the highest-quality photos to accurately capture every detail of the product. However, please note that slight variations may occur depending on the materials used. We do our best to display the colors as accurately as possible, but the actual color may vary slightly from the photo. Photos are therefore indicative and may differ from the actual product.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please also check your spam folder, as this can sometimes end up there.

A purchase can only be canceled if the order has not yet left our warehouse. Please contact our customer service immediately to see if cancellation is possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation, as we process orders quickly.

Didn't receive an order confirmation? This may be due to an incorrectly entered email address. Please contact us via info@dekbed-delivery.nlWe'll then check if your order has been registered with us and correct your email address. It's also possible your order wasn't placed correctly. In that case, we advise you to contact us first to avoid duplicate orders.

Did you make a mistake in your order? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to ask if the order can be changed. However, we cannot guarantee that we can change your order, as this depends on the situation.

The average delivery time is 1 to 5 business days. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

We ship products in recycled shipping materials, such as a shipping bag or a box (for larger orders).

The first delivery attempt will be made to your home. If you are not home, you will receive a notification from the carrier in your mailbox or by email with further information. You can also track this via the tracking link you received by email.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to add a discount code retroactively or apply it to an existing order. You can use the discount code on your next order.

Check the spelling of the discount code and see if there's a validity period. If the code still doesn't work, please contact our customer service and we'll be happy to help!
